Broadcaster Chris Stratton

Chris is a native Montanan that was born in Eastern Montana and moved to the Missoula Valley at the age of two with his parents. He would attend Big Sky high school and played all four years on the Eagle soccer team.

After high school Chris would work in the construction industry supporting his wife and three children. Staying close to the athletic world he play co rec soccer in the summer and in 2004 he would help start the Missoula Raptors semi-pro football team.

In 2008 when the housing marked crashed across the nation Chris was left looking to find a new way of life. He would enroll at the University of Montana with a focus in broadcast journalism. While in school Chris would get the opportunity to work in radio industry with Pete Denault at Townsquare Media.

Chris would be given an opportunity to work with the Bill Schwanke at Cherry Creek Media to learn how to be a sports broadcaster. He would work as a producer for high school sports and began to work his way into the broadcasting booth. In the fall of 2015 Chris would take over as the sports director at Cherry Creek Media.
