Capital Sweeps Sentinel In Straight Sets

The undefeated Capital Bruins meet the Lady Spartans on the volleyball court at Sentinel Tuesday night with the Lady Bruins taking all three sets with dominating fashion.
Capital came out of the gate playing lights out defense, the Lady Bruins took a strong lead. As a team Capital worked through the first set with ease, taking the opening set 25-13.
In the second set Sentinel gained some rhythm mid way through the match, making Capital work for their points. Finding their grove the Lady Bruins went on a run to close out the second set with a 25-12 win.
With two sets in hand Capital found themselves up against a Sentinel team that was not going to go quietly. The Lady Spartans battled tough in though the opening of the final set, but the Lady Bruins settled down to out pace Sentinel with a 25-13 win.
