The Hamilton Broncs volleyball program will have a new face at the head coach position as Jordan Carver was named the new head coach on Monday by Broncs Athletic Director Travis Blome.
Carver is not a new face to the Hamilton volleyball program as she has coached the junior varsity and froshmore volleyball squads, and has taught at the second grade level for a total of five years in the Hamilton school district. In addition to teaching and helping with the high school volleyball program, Carver has been the varsity cheer coach for the past five years.
Carver will take over a Broncs’ volleyball team that went 16-21 over the past two seasons under Jodi Bush. In her first season in 2017 Bush steered the Broncs’ to a 14-7 overall record, 7-3 in conference play, but had a rough season in 2018 as Hamilton would go 1-9 in the the Class A Southwestern conference, and 2-15 overall.
