Swimming
Due to limited numbers in the pool Loyola co-ops with Big Sky for their swim program. Though numbers are low for swimming at Loyola, the Rams and Breakers are a group to watch out for in the 2018-2019 swim season.
Wrestling
As with the swimming program at Loyola the wrestling program has a low number of students who participate in wrestling. Despite having a few students who will wrestle for Loyola, those who do wrestle will co-op with the Big Sky Eagles. In 2018-2019 wrestling season the Rams will show that numbers do not count, its what you do on the mat.
Girls Basketball
In their first season under their new head coach the Breakers played inspiring basketball, only to be stopped short of making a trip to the Class B girls state tournament at the divisional tournament. Due to graduation Loyola lost one of the most prolific leaders on the court in Tessa Burke, and a silent leader in Kylie Esh, but waiting in the wings are a group of young players who gained experience last season. Watch out for the Breakers in the 2018-2019 season as they will be a force in Class B girls basketball with a starting core who have the ability to push the Breakers to a Class B state basketball tournament.
Boys Basketball
Graduation was tough on the Rams basketball program last spring as they lost a big three that dominated the paint and controlled the pace of the game with an exciting style of play. The Rams should be delighted to know that despite losing a impact players on the court Loyola will return their ball handling leader that will have a high flying forward and a tough guy in the paint to keep opposing teams off the glass. Watch out for the Rams as they have a chance to return to the Class B boys basketball state tournament in March with a core five and a bench that could start on most any other team.
