Valley Christian Girls Finish 4th At C District Tournament

The Valley Christian Lady Eagles finished their season on the hardwood Saturday night in the consolation game against Clark Fork with a final that favored Clark Fork you picked up the win 58-29.

From the jump it was all Clark Fork as they ran away in the opening quarter out scoring Valley Christian by 16. Clark Fork suffocated the Lady Eagles with a press right out of the gate that earned them points off turnovers. Not letting up on the defensive side of the ball Clark Fork kept Valley Christian to single digits in the first half.

Coming out of the half time break Valley Christian had a new plan of attack pushing the ball right at the press to the point that Clark Fork backed off which allowed the Lady Eagles to to make a run, matching heir first half points in the first four minutes of the third quarter. Despite a hard fought third frame Valley Christian could not wipe away their deficit and Clark Fork cruised to a third place finish.
